whew! what a weekend!

wow. what a great father's day. i not only got to speak at Bay Area, but i also got to eat crawfish, got some clothes i wanted and got to watch the nascar race, u.s. open and the nba playoffs....greatest weekend ever! thanks to everyone who helped me with their insights on being a father and everyone who was praying for me. it made all the difference. how was your day?

got to hear this cool guy preach at Bay Area...went to see the Incredible Hulk with one of my daughters...grilled some steaks at the house with the family....It was a great day.

I just wanted to take the time to tell you that you did an incredble job on your message for fathers day. My wife, son and I were having a lazy Sunday morning and I wasn't sure if we were going to go to church. Then I remembered that you were lined up to speak. We got there a little late, right at the end of the slide show and last song. You have a great way of delivering your message and I alway recieve it well. I'm not ashamed to say that it made me cry. I am so fortunant to have such an insightful and inspiring friend like you. Thank you for being you.
